We are fully insured so you will have peace of mind when using our services.
House Washing
Siding:
We recommend an annual cleaning of siding both aluminum and vinyl. With both of these you cannot just use power to clean them, you run the risk of damaging the surface if not blowing the siding completely off you house. The secret is using the right detergents with low to moderate pressure. The cleaners used on your home are specially designed for siding and to allow all the dirt and grime to rinse off easily and leave a spot free shine. We also can provide a sealant for siding which will help protect if for the coming year, much like a waxing for you car. Click here for a free estimate on siding.
Brick and stucco:
Brick and stucco homes also need to be cleaned. They can attract and hold onto the dirt and grime and leaving a dull appearance. With the right detergents and correct pressure you can avoid damaging the surface. Stucco and be especially tricky. We will inspect the surface and let you know if it is recommended to wash with pressure. Cracks can develop over time and applying high water pressure will only damage the surface. If the Surface is still in good condition though, we can clean it and bring back that luster and vibrate color it once had. We do recommend washing stucco and Brick every two years.

Wood:
Natural wood on a home is beautiful, but unfortunately it doesn’t stay that way over time. If the wood exterior of your home is getting that grey appearance or is turning black with mildew it is time to get is cleaned. We offer a special wood restoration cleaner that will bring back to beauty if once had and then we will come back after it is dry and apply a sealant to the surface to help keep it looking great.
Wood Decks
Wood Decks:
Your deck can be the center of attention again. Wood decks can be cleaned to look nearly new in most cases. A special cleaner is used to remove all molds, mildew and any foreign substance from the surface and inside the surface grain of the wood. Once cleaned it leave the wood in its natural appearance and ready to be sealed. We will return after the wood and had a chance to dry and seal the surface. You have to avoid using to much pressure on wood surfaces so that you don’t damage them and cause gouging or firing and break down the fiber of the wood itself. We also do not clean with bleach; this could have adverse effects on the deck as well as damage plant life surrounding the deck. Click here to ask about your deck.
We recommend washing and sealing your deck once a year. This is also recommended of any pressure treated woods made from the 1970’s thought the late nineties. Pressure treated wood during that time was treated with Chromated Copper Arsenate. The EPA has done studies on lumber treated with this chemical and the possibility poisonous arsenate could leach from the unsealed or unprotected wood when exposed to water, and then innocently picked up by anyone touching the wood. The recommendation from the EPA was to regularly seal the wood to prevent any leaching of the chemical. For more information go to the following web sites:
Driveways & Sidewalks
Driveways & Sidewalks:
As with all other items your driveway and concrete areas (patios, walkways, sidewalks) all collect dirt and grime and may even be turning a black or green color. We can bring the life back to the tried looking front porch or the worn-out walkway to the shed. The cleaning of concrete is done with high pressure and a concrete/brick brightener to bring it back to life. Maybe it is the rust stains you want to get rid of, we can help reduce the effects of that stain also. Remember, Concrete is very porous and the longer a spill remains on the surface, the deeper it will soak into the concrete. The sooner you get is cleaned the better, and then we recommend to seal the surface to help keep it looking great in the future.
